Just a moments walk from our hotel, you’ll find one of the Yorkshire Dales’ most iconic natural landmarks – a spectacular series of waterfalls along the River Ure.

The Falls have drawn visitors for centuries and even had their moment on the big screen, featuring in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Surrounded by beautiful woodland and walking trails, they’re particularly special at this time of year as the landscape begins to turn for autumn. 🍂

Since 1829, the house of Bollinger has stood for uncompromising craftsmanship. This October, we are delighted to bring it to the heart of the Yorkshire Dales for one exceptional evening.

Join us for canapés on arrival, followed by a four-course dinner created by our kitchen, each course paired with one of five Bollinger ch*****nes. Throughout the evening, a guest speaker from the house will take you through every glass: the vineyards, the cellars and the stories behind one of Ch*****ne's most celebrated names.
