The session will combine nutritional, developmental and feeding expertise, covering:

✓ Understanding the difference between gagging and choking
✓ Progressing safely through different foods and textures
✓ Adapting food shapes, sizes and textures for individual children
✓ Responsive feeding and positive mealtime experiences

Supporting our local community and reducing waste 💚

We’re proud to have recently donated a selection of surplus food and spare cooking pots to FareShare Sussex & Surrey in Brighton, helping to ensure that items we no longer need can be put to good use within our local community.

FareShare UK works with charities and community organisations across Sussex and Surrey, redistributing surplus food to help support people and families who need it.

For us, it’s about more than preventing perfectly good food and useful equipment from going to waste. It’s about finding ways to give back to the communities around us and supporting organisations doing incredibly important work. 💚
