Vutie Beets is owned by Paul and Harry who believe in a happier, healthier, more sustainable community through food. They want to showcase vegan food and drink and highlight how good the lifestyle can be. Covid-19 shook up our business model, seeing us turn into green grocer, vegan supermarket and now finally getting our doors back open for our regular cafe service. Alongside our cafe offering we

will continue our delivery service and you can shop our products in store as this has helped us survive this period. As the lock down has eased we have started our 9am Sunday 5k run and 20k bike ride from the shop to encourage our local community to stay active. For anyone that takes part, we offer half price drinks so why not pop down one Sunday!?

NEW ❤️‍🔥 Have you tried our Cascara Coffee Cherry Iced Tea yet?

Coffee seeds grow inside a cherry. Cascara is the dried dried pulp or ‘husk’ of the coffee cherry.

Cherries are pulped and the skins are sent to a separate neighbouring mill to be carefully dried.

It is naturally low in caffeine and is packed with antioxidants.

Cascara has been used for years in Yemen and Ethiopia, although elsewhere it is typically discarded or used as compost.

Drinking cascara helps reduce waste from the coffee industry and provide an extra income for farmers... it’s also delicious so that’s a plus!

Our iced tea version is slightly sweetened with maple syrup and has a natural berry flavour. Perfect for this heat!

You can also buy the cascara in store and every bag comes with a resuable tea bag to brew your own with.

Still getting over how good Glastwyndbury was!

The Wynd was buzzing, it was great to see the community come together making our small garden city feel so big!

Thank you so much to the team and for organising and bringing together so many creatives (And for the pics!)

More than 4,800 cyclists descended on the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) on Sunday 14 June 2026 to take on the iconic Dragon Ride, and the routes this year were ridden in reverse! For the first time in many years 🚲

ITS TOMORROW! June 3rd is Global Running Day! and to celebrate we are opening up the cafe in the evening for an evening run club at 7pm 🏃

ALL abilities are welcome, we’re running a 5km route so runners can run 5 or 10k. Up to you!

Serving up two different decaf coffees on the night as well as a full counter of cakes and bakes 😏

The cafe will also be open to the public so if you are looking for somewhere to come and have a chilled catch up with friends look no further!
