Salt beef bagels are back in the spotlight this week! 🥯
Our brisket comes from the local butcher and gets brined in our own special recipe for a minimum of two weeks before it even sees the pan - proper old-school flavour, piled high with salt beef and sauerkraut, melted cheese and that pickle and mustard tang running right through it.
Pop in and grab one - and remember, you may come in as a customer, but you'll leave as a friend! ❤️
