It’s the SEMI FINAL 😮 of the and Dave has pulled out all the stops for this one 🙌

The challenge was to create a cocktail using and he’s conjured up this banger:

🇺🇸 9AM IN NASHVILLE 🇺🇸

Salted Brown Butter infused , Kahlua, single origin Rwandan Cold Brew, homemade Toasted Pecan bitters, Maple Syrup & Pistachio Cold foam ☕️

Inspired by the awesome 🍩 on a recent trip to Nashville, this drink encapsulates the flavours and aromas you’d expect from indulging in the classic American tradition of coffee and donuts.

Salted Brown butter fat washed Woodford Reserve and Kahlúa provide a deep, rich & boozy coffee base, balanced by cold-brew coffee and maple sweetness. Toasted pecan bitters add warmth and nuttiness, while the pistachio cold foam gives it a creamy, light finish. Served to go with a mini doughnut garnish, it’s designed to feel like a playful & fun American coffee-shop experience in cocktail form.
