We had a fabulous night at The Bell as their “food truck Friday”
The brisket went down well and we took quite a few learnings as a new business, including some menu adjustment. The feedback on the food was fantastic. Our brisket was described as “amazing, the best brisket I’ve ever had”. Makes it worth it!
