🌿 Knight & Garter Weekend Specials 🇮🇹

This weekend we’re serving up a taste of Italy with a menu full of fresh seasonal flavours and hearty favourites.

✨Fiori di Zucca Fritti
Crispy battered courgette flowers served on whipped mozzarella, finished with basil pesto, toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.

🥩 Grigliata Mista Italiana
A true Italian mixed grill featuring Martelli salsiccia sausage, lemon-marinated chicken thigh, dry-aged rosemary & garlic minute top rump steak and a lamb cutlet. Served with rosemary-roasted potatoes, salsa verde and fresh asparagus.

🍝 Tortelloni Ricotta e Spinaci
Ricotta and spinach tortelloni with asparagus, garden peas and shallots in a light white wine & Parmesan sauce, finished with fresh herbs and lemon.

🍫 Profiteroles al Cioccolato Fondente
Traditional choux buns filled with Madagascan vanilla mascarpone cream, coated in rich dark chocolate sauce and topped with crunchy honeycomb.
