Today is our last day before the Christmas holidays and we will be open 11-3pm with lots of yummy food and delicious cakes. Don’t forget to pop into our shop downstairs which is packed full of lots of gift ideas. We would like to wish all of our wonderful customers a very Happy Christmas and New Year 🎅🏼🎄✨

Our last day open this year will be Tuesday 23rd December so if you have any last minute Christmas shopping or you just fancy a delicious lunch and pudding then please come in and see us!

Everyone here at The Good Earth would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for another fantastic year. We are beyond grateful for your continued support over the last 60 years and we wouldn’t be where we are today without our wonderful customers. We look forward to welcoming you all back on 2nd January after we have spent some quality time with our loved ones 🥂🎄

Our lovely little shop downstairs is celebrating its 40th year! ❤️

The Pot Pourri Shop is 40 years old today!

We started the shop as a young and newly engaged couple and 40 years later we have three beautiful children and four adorable grandchildren.

We are very proud of our ever evolving shop and how we have lasted and thrived for so long. The pot pourri shop has really grown over time and we are still here making our famous pot pourri, reed diffusers, fragrant and essential oils, gift baskets and so much more.

We are open every day now until Christmas Eve when we will be taking a Christmas break with our family until Friday 2nd January 🎅🏼🎄🤶🏼

Hannah, Alex and big brother Albert are delighted to announce the safe arrival of Penelope. Born on Thursday 13th November, weighing 7lb 1oz and totally adorable 💕🩰🌷

We are still on cloud nine after our amazing 60th anniversary celebrations we had at The Good Earth on Saturday.

Caroline, Jay, Hannah and all the team at The Good Earth were overwhelmed by the support by so many of our amazing customers. We certainly celebrated in style with lots of memorabilia around the restaurant, live music from Sonny Monks grandson and old records playing throughout the day.

Our celebrations continued into the evening with all of our current and past members of staff joining us to toast the success of 60 years of The Good Earth.

A huge, huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support over the last 60 years and helping to make The Good Earth the wonderful place it is today.

It is just a week to go until our 60th Anniversary celebrations.
Rehearsals are underway, our menu is ready and lots of memorabilia has been found dating back to 1962 to share with you!
We will be open as usual from 11-4pm and we are expecting it to be a busy day. Everyone here at The Good Earth is looking forward to seeing you and celebrating 60 incredible years! 🍾🎉🥂

Don’t forget that Saturday 6th September is our 60th anniversary! We have confirmed that Sonny Monks grandson, alongside his friend, will be performing live music throughout the day and we cannot wait to celebrate with you all! 🍾🌟

New on our menu today we have a courgette and lemon drizzle cake with a cream cheese frosting made from homegrown courgettes from Hannah’s garden and it is absolutely delicious! We are open today until 4pm so come along for a slice before we run out! 🍋 🍰

We are so excited to be celebrating our 60th year as The Good Earth Restaurant. We are now the longest running vegetarian restaurant in the UK and that is thanks to our fabulous customers and dedicated staff who support us and have kept us going for this long. Our date of celebration is Saturday 6th September and we hope that you will be able to come along. There will be a few surprises throughout the day, with more details to follow as we get nearer to the event 🎉🍾🥂

Our new crochet floral bouquets are absolutely gorgeous. These hand crocheted bouquets are the ideal gift or even perfect for yourself. They are available downstairs in The Pot Pourri Shop which is open Tuesday - Saturday 9-5pm 💐🪻🌻🌷
