That’s it from us… our café is now closed. ❤️
We want to say a huge thank you to all our loyal customers for your support over the years. We’ve had an amazing 10 years keeping our café open, but now it’s the end of an era for No. 5 Café.
The good news is our bakery will remain open as usual, and we’ll be expanding the bakery into the old café space. That means more bakery products, takeaway coffees, cakes and treats for you to enjoy – just no sit-in service.
We’re hoping to have the expansion ready by summer 🤞
Onwards and upwards for our little business – and thank you for continuing to support us on the next chapter. 💛

We want to say a massive Thankyouand Goodbye to Ebs and Freddie! It was their last day today and we wish them good luck to the future ❤️👍 we will be open tomorrow which will be no5 cafes very last day open. 👍

This Week is No 5 Cafes very last week of being open! We will be putting our favourite pastrami sandwich on all this week too! Our last day open will be this Saturday the 25th of April. Our bakery will be open as usual and no the bakery is not closing it's expanding instead into our cafe space once the cafe is closed 👍 so it's goodbye no 5 cafe Hello to a little bigger live love loaf.

Customer Announcement

Our Cafe will be closing at the end of April. We've not made this decision lightly. Its been a difficult few years for hospitality and our cafe was no exception. We found that trading conditions only ever got tougher and we feel like we've held out as long as we could.

As we wind up the business and our staff find work elsewhere we may change our menu and opening hours.

We do however have a plan to repurpose the space. Our Bakery is going strong and we feel now is the right time to expand. Our hope is to knock through into the cafe and create a new large retail bakery space. We still plan on serving coffee, although mostly to takeaway and plan to dramatically increase the bread, cake and pastry selections currently available.

We would like to give our thanks to all our loyal customers, you're the reason we kept going as long as we did!, It really does feel like a little community. And a big thankyou to all our staff past and present that helped make our cafe special.
