Also known as our chef’s special, this Kerala-style chicken dish is a favorite in Wayanad, where fresh black pepper is readily available. The dish consists of marinated grilled chicken that is cooked with fresh green peppercorns and a blend of home-ground spices and coconut. The result is a mouthwatering combination of flavors that perfectly balances the heat of the spices with the creaminess of the coconut. 🥥💚
