Get your own Pizza'ere, there or anywhere. 'Winnie', converted with her own wood burning oven, and I, will bring the party to you. Winnie' is a 2003 Land Rover Defender, who has been fully converted to hold an authentic clay wood fired oven which means I can cook almost anywhere. The Land Rover is a specialist in off road travel - So if you want to hold your party in the toughest terrain, then I w

on’t be far behind you. The oven uses Kiln dried hard wood fuel and because of the incredibly low moisture content and high heat output, this means once the temperature is achieved then I need very little wood to keep the oven burning. Once the optimum temperature has been reached, then I can fire a pizza and serve it to in about 90 seconds, now thats fast food. This traditional method of cooking pizza gives it a unique characteristic which cannot be replicated in your oven at home. Winnie has been converted to produces low carbon emissions, and all our packaging is made from recycled materials. The wood is sourced from certified forestry contractors and managed woodland. If you hire the Pizza Guy I am more than happy to work with you in creating your own menu, or indeed pizza!
