SPRING WELLBEING DAY!
Our Spring Wellbeing Fundraiser Day on Saturday 21st March is fast approaching and in addition to the Yoga, Breathworks, Tai Chi and Sound Relaxation sessions on offer, Megan Brown, qualified Beauty and Holistic Massage Therapist, will be offering aromatherapy hand massages as part of our extra treats programme.
