Brinjal Lamb

We're bringing back an old favourite for January 2026. This dish was a favourite amongst many of our customers back in the eighties, nineties and early 2000s.

It consists of lamb and aubergine cooked together and delicately spiced in a rich sauce, topped with fresh corriandor.
