Incredibly proud to have been placed 83 on The National Restaurant Award’s list of top 100 restaurants in the UK. Such a prestigious list and humbling to be amongst such greats that continue to inspire us every day.

Delicious tomatoes from roasted up and filled with giant couscous cooked in the pulp from the centre of the tomatoes with onion, thyme and garlic.
Topped with a Dukkah crust and served alongside a raw courgette salad dressed with goats curd.

One month until our next regional dinner.

We are continuing our journey around France and this time we are stopping in a really special region for us: the Loire Valley - my home region!

Home to some of the best wines as well as some delicious products from the sea, the river and the land.

As our previous regional night, we will be serving a 4-course dinner alongside of an optional wine pairing.

Those evenings have turned out to be very popular to our great pleasure.
