The Timble Inn, a romantic Grade II listed 18th Century Coaching Inn, situated in the beautiful Washburn Valley, a part of the delightful Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A stone's throw from the spectacular Yorkshire Dales and close to two stunning reservoirs, Swinsty and Fewston, where you can enjoy walks with breathtaking views and return refreshed. Nine luxury en-suite bedrooms,

making the perfect country retreat. Our restaurant is cosy and intimate, serving freshly cooked dishes using locally sourced ingredients and produce wherever possible. Equidistant between Harrogate, Ilkley, Otley and Skipton, perfectly placed for exploring North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales. Far from the madding crowd but only 15 minutes from Harrogate.

We're looking for a Housekeeper to join our little team here at The Timble Inn — a 5-star country inn nestled in the heart of Nidderdale, where the details really do make the difference.
You'll be the person who ensures every guest walks into a room that feels like a proper retreat. Fresh, warm, and just right. It matters more than you might think and we know it.
What you'll be doing: Working as part of our housekeeping team to keep our 9 bedrooms and restaurant spaces always looking their very best.
What we're offering:

• 30 hours/week (approx. 10am–3pm) — part time positions also available
• Up to £14.75/hr
• Share of tips + staff discounts for you and your family
• On-site parking

A couple of things to bear in mind: You'll need to be able to drive as we're tucked away in the countryside with no public transport nearby. Weekend and public holiday availability is a must, including Christmas and New Year

The road through Swinsty and Fewston reservoirs will be closed this week. If you are coming to us from Harrogate, please travel via the A59 and turn left at Blubberhouses, then follow the signs for Timble. Thank you.
