Counselling remote or in person for 18-21 year olds is ยฃ10 per session with Phoenix Health and Wellbeing. Early intervention counselling is getting help before small problems turn into big ones. Think of it like catching a cold earlyโ€”if you rest and take care of yourself right away, you can stop it from becoming something worse, like the flu.
Life can be overwhelming sometimes, whether it's stress from college, work, relationships, family, or just figuring out who you are and what you want to be. Talking to a counsellor early on can help you understand your emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and prevent issues like anxiety or depression from getting worse.
It's not about being "weak" or "having something wrong with you". The earlier you address challenges, the easier they are to manage, and the stronger youโ€™ll become in handling future situations.
Think of counselling as a guide to help you navigate lifeโ€™s ups and downs before they start to feel too heavy. It's a clever and proactive way to build a happier, healthier future. ๐Ÿ˜Š 'sgoodtotalk

It's Men's Health Week! It has been suggested that men aren't as good at self care or asking for help when they need it. If that resonates with you or sounds like a man in your life, this is a sign to give massage, acupuncture or some counselling a go. It's not just about waiting until there's a problem, it's also about health maintenance and doing what you need and deserve to keep yourself well. We offer new client discounts and further money off through our loyalty scheme as well as GP referred client rates. Give us a call on 0113 2340818 or visit https://www.rfr.bz/f25dfdc15

One of the most fulfilling things about doing what we do, is seeing people who've been through our programmes, progress and succeed in the music industry.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming back, if only for a few minutes (they are busy guys...) Courtney Cuffy and Kelvin Wood, two Higher Rhythm alumni who now run Elevated Studios in North Doncaster.

It's good to know that even though they are now smashing it on their own, we can still do something to support them, so we donated one of our higher-spec iMacs (which have recently become disused) so they can set up a second room at their studio.

Keep at it guys, Doncaster's music scene needs people just like you who are willing to put in the graft and make more good things happen ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

A morning spent at the BBC, featuring on the True Grit show with Kat Cowan. We spoke about Getting Clean, addiction, prison, and homelessness. The show highlights people who have navigated profound hardship, trauma, or unexpected life-altering events and emerged stronger on the other side. The core message of the segment is to showcase how individuals turn their lived experience and personal survival into a source of hope and support for others in their community.

We spoke of the power of Lived Experience Recovery, a solution to problems that rip through cities and towns alike.
A new approach to delivering support and community regeneration: creating role models for our young people, and leaders among those who have battled trauma and ultimately triumphed.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ RED FLAGS โ€“ SAME-SEX VERSION ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ

On 22nd October at 7pm, weโ€™ll be performing our same-sex version of Red Flags in Leeds.

Abuse can happen in all types of relationships, and itโ€™s important that we tell those stories and create spaces where everyone can recognise the signs of unhealthy and abusive behaviour.

Our interactive theatre show explores red flags, coercive control and unhealthy relationships โ€” while encouraging audiences to speak up, support others and challenge harmful behaviours.
