Our second Tuesday service is winding down, so here’s a look at our Chicken Parfait Choux Bun from the current small plates menu. A little twist on our signature Duck Eclair, with silky savoury chicken parfait towering high between choux pastry, with a tart raspberry glaze and fresh seasonal raspberries.

Reminder that we’re open Tuesdays as of today, and an introduction to our Dirty Martini Tomato Salad. Flipping the tomatoes-in-cocktails sensation on its head, we blanch and peel cherry tomatoes before marinating them in dry vermouth, olive brine, lemon zest, and juniper before serving with EVOO and some salty anchovy slithers. New rotisserie option on the menu now. The sun might have gone a bit shy this week, but the past couple of weeks’ weather had us craving something not drenched in butter (rare occurrence, but it does happen), so we’ve added a bit of a lighter option to the rotisserie menu. Whole or half chicken, with homemade aioli and our signature chicken fat potatoes. A bit continental. You can picture yourself eating one of these with a bottle of picpoul at a farmers market in provincial France. Or you can pop down Fish Street and do it for real.
