Just want to say a massive THANK YOU to all our of masala hut family and friends for all your support and donations towards this amazing 321 challenge for down syndrome.

We wrapped up our Down Syndrome Challenge on 3rd May and it was honestly amazing ❤️

Our community came together for the final walk, and we *raised £13,500* that will go on to make a real difference.

In Loving Memory of Shazan Begum (Maisha)

Shazan Begum, lovingly known as Maisha, was a beautiful soul who brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone around her. Born with Down syndrome, she had a unique light that shone brightly within her family and community. She was full of life, fun-loving, and had a smile that could lift any heart.

Tragically, Maisha passed away during the Covid pandemic in 2021. Her loss was deeply felt by her family, especially her brother, Ruhel Miah (Tyson), who shared a close and special bond with her.
