We don’t often branch out into cocktails at Hern, but for the past couple of years when fig leaves are in season we make a batch of fig leaf infused vodka and use it to make a martini. This time round we’ve mixed it with equal parts of this delicious white (or yellow) vermouth from Forthave Spirits via Beattie & Roberts
It’s delicious and boozy and served in an ice cold glass.
