Suddenly at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough on 25th May 2026, aged 72 years.

Beloved by his family and cherished by many friends, he will be remembered with great love and will be sadly missed.

Private cremation will take place.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held
at St Mary’s Church, Church Green, Witney on Tuesday 6th October at 11:30am.

Family and Friends are invited to wear hats and waistcoats in tribute to John

It's not often we complain about people, but we are getting a teeny bit fed up with the amount of dog poo bags that people leave us to clear up. It doesn't look pleasant if we miss it, our staff don't like picking it up.........and nor do I!
So.......please put it in the bin which is less than 25 metres away by the entrance to Monk's Walk.

So the field is clear and another successful Vintage weekend has been ticked off.

We are closed today for a well earned rest, but will be back open tomorrow.

Thank you to all of you that came along as either exhibitors or visitors, we do appreciate you taking the time out of your busy days to support us.

Thanks to all of the hard working Trouties who were brilliant over the busy weekend and the busy bank holiday weekend before that.

Thanks to Stan Lewendon for brining an engine along on what was a difficult weekend for the steam community.

Nanny Jakie and Graham Soule for doing a sterling job with the car park.
