1. Front of house, service positions

What we need from you:
- Able to cope with the pace of a busy cafe
- Experienced or ready to learn
- You will need to be a people person with fantastic front of house skills

The daily duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- taking orders, ensuring our guests have everything they need, making them feel welcome.
- Taking cash /card payments confidently
- Cleaning tables and touch point areas regularly and efficiently
- Answering phone calls
Expected start date: Immediately

2. Cafe Manager Position
You will manage the daily operations of the staff and restaurant. This includes running service, liaising with chefs, managing the front of house team and delegating tasks.
You will provide training to junior team members in order to develop the team. You will work to create and support a fun, professional, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role and have experience in the following:
What we need from you:
- A strong instinct for the commercial side, and always be looking for ways to drive sales and boost the business
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering is essential Solid management experience
- Restaurant / hospitality experience would be desirable
The daily duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Precise Stock take / ordering experience. Taking into account business cashflow and likely needs of the customers.
- Help control, plan, orchestrate staffing levels and rotas
- Dealing with customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Running service, open and close down
- Overseeing employees and ensuring they are carrying out their roles effectively
- Planning tables, setting up, restaurant and outside patio area
- Maintaining a great working environment that allows team members to thrive
- Leading the team by your great example
- Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are strictly followed by all staff
- Following company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
- Maintaining safe working conditions, reporting any problems to maintenance team
- Training staff
