It was baking day for the Bark-ary today. Dog friendly Carob brownies and cookies as well as our popular Gingerbread Bones.

All barked in house using high quality ingredients, including Gluten free flour, honey, xtol free peanut butter and the most important ingredient love .

A New Chapter, A New Heartbeat: Welcoming Malone 🐾❤️

We have a very special story to share with you all, and a beautiful new family member to introduce. Meet Malone, our precious rescue pup from Romania.

When our beloved Boris crossed the Rainbow Bridge, he left behind a heartbreak so vast and heavy that we weren't sure how we’d ever begin to heal. The silence he left was deafening. But during those quiet, painful moments when I was missing him the most, this little face kept gently appearing on my newsfeed. I truly believe, with all my heart, that our Boz was looking down on us—guiding this little soul into our lives because he knew our broken hearts needed Malone, and he knew Malone needed a loving home.

Malone is making the incredibly long journey to join our family in the first week of June. Because the world will be so big, new, and overwhelming for him at first, we are going to let him settle in at his own pace.

It might take a little time before he’s quite ready to step into Boris's big shoes as our official meet-and-greet boy, but we already know he is going to bring so much joy back into our home, and who knows, in time, the hotel.

We can't wait for you all to meet him and love him just as much as we do.

A little fun fact to leave you smiling: The size difference between our boys is quite something! Our gentle giant Boris, was a massive 63kg love bug, whereas little Malone is a tiny 10kg. Oh, and we’ve also just discovered that his absolute best friend at the rescue centre is a goat! 🐐

Our hearts are feeling a little lighter today, and we can't wait to share this next beautiful chapter with you all. Thank you for always being such a supportive family to us and our pups.

After a long week of "helping" the humans work, it’s time for the four-legged members of the family to let their fur down. Whether you’ve been chasing balls in the park or exploring the beautiful riverside walks here in Langholm, we are the perfect finish line.
