Today was our first serving of our brand new Summer Menu ☀️🍽️

We had smoked mackerel, Thai spiced carrot veloute, braised beef short rib, sweet potato and Garstang blue pithivier, tartlet of sea fish, venison haunch, corn fed guinea fowl and a selection of summer desserts.
