Friday night we will be showing the Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Vs Morocco 🇲🇦 match at 11pm in the bar.

Saturday 20th June : we have a live music night with the brilliant Mark McMillan. 🎤🎸 this is the first time we have had mark at the village inn and we are so looking forward to welcoming him to our wee pub 😁

Unfortunately we have made the decision to close the bar today Sunday 14th June for personal reasons.

We really apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause anyone and we hope to see you all next week when we open again on Friday 19th June ..

WOW guys,,’ what an absolutely awesome night was had by all last night/this morning here at the village Inn ❤️❤️ with some amazing entertainment from the fantastic Banned 2, sure you will all agree they were brilliant 🎸🎤👏👏👏. Followed by a slim but great win for Scotland at the 2026 World Cup ⚽️🥅👏👏👏👏👏👏

The drinks were flowing the atmosphere was electric and I can’t thank everyone of you who came along enough for an amazing night/day again 👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic night at our monthly pool competition here at the village inn, some fantastic matches and lots of laughs had by all ❤️

Our winner this month was Ally Crombie with our runner up Jason. Both well deserved 👏👏👏👏👏👏 both played some great matches to reach the final. Congratulations to you both.

Massive thankyou to all who came along to take part and also to everyone who came along to support the pub, it is truly appreciated ❤️❤️

Our monthly pool tournament will be held next Saturday 6th June starting at 7.30pm

This is always a fantastic night with a cash prize for the winner and runner up 🏆🪎

£5 per person to enter the tournament and if you can have your names in before 7.30pm please. If you are unable to be here for that time but wish to take part in the tournament please message us and we will pop your name in the draw.

Pizzas are provided 🍕
