Deli Kelly has only gone and won Business of the Year! 🏆
A huge thank you to all my customers who nominated us — it really means a lot to know that you took the time to put us forward. ❤️
Thank you to the judges for choosing Deli Kelly, and to Lampeter Town Council for organising such a fantastic evening. It was lovely to get dressed up, have a few drinks and celebrate alongside so many fantastic local businesses and people. 🥂✨
And of course, Mr Deli scrubbed up pretty well too! 😂❤️

at the Falcondale Hotel… because Deli Kelly has been nominated for Business of the Year for the SECOND time! 🥹❤️
Honestly, when I opened this invitation, I had to look twice! 😂
What started as a little dream of mine has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and to be nominated again means so, so much. 🥹
So tonight… no apron, no Deli Kelly top, no deli counter! 😂

🥰 A LITTLE MESSAGE FROM ME…

One of the things I absolutely LOVE about Deli Kelly is that we’re growing and, because of that, we’re able to give young people the opportunity to work, gain experience and earn a bit of their own money ❤️
At the moment, we have 3 full-time and 4 part time staff working with us — and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of our little team 🥰

But this week alone, I’ve had 5 lovely girls message me asking if I have any work available! 😭❤️

I’m honestly overwhelmed that so many young people want to work at Deli Kelly. It really does mean SO much that they see our little shop as somewhere they’d like to work 🥹

Unfortunately, I just don’t have enough hours or work for everyone. As much as I’d love to say yes to everyone, we’re still only a small business and I have to be realistic with the amount of staff we can have.
So, to every single person who has messaged me…
DIOLCH YN FAWR! ❤️
Thank you for thinking of Deli Kelly. Thank you for wanting to join our team, and please don’t be disheartened if I can’t offer you a job right now 🥰
It’s actually a lovely problem to have… even if I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by it! 😂🙈
