We just want to say a huge sorry to all our customers for the delays with orders tonight 🙏

We’re extremely lucky that we are generally a busy takeaway, but tonight has honestly been next level, far busier than we ever expected resulting in customers waiting for their food. We just want to state that’s never the experience we want for you, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’re waiting on your food.

Please know the Hot Pizza team has been & is working flat out to get every order prepared and out as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality of course.

On that note, I will say we really do have the best customers, and we’re so grateful for your patience and support, it genuinely means a lot to us!
