I often get asked if I make any cold brew tea during the summer. Although you technically could make the teas as a cold brew, what i recommend is making up a pot with hot water (90-99°C for black teas and infusions and 80-89°C for green teas) to your desired strength at night, then remove the tea leaves, and pop it in the fridge over night. This way you end up with a perfect chilled brew for the next day.
And if you're wanting to add ice when you drink it, you can always make it slightly stronger to allow for the extra water from the ice as it melts. 🙂
Hope you're all enjoying the sun!
