At the end of every tax year we have a little pot of 50ps that we donate from every kids meal we sell in the shop.
For 2025-2026 we sold 620 meals giving us £310.00 to donate to a cause of our choice.

This time we have chosen to donate it to an amazing local mum who is running a half marathon in support of The Donaldson Trust. The National Body for Neurodiversity.

Laura and Sandy are amazing people, they have 3 beautiful little ladies who are truly blessed to have them as parents ♥️ They take everything in their stride, overcome obstacles thrown at them and fight with true grit for the welfare of their wee family. A fine example of devotion, determination to stand up for what should be right and pure unconditional love.

Hi everyone, sorry for the radio silence over Christmas & New year.
As you will be aware from my previous posts 2025 hasn't been a good year for me, we lost my mother in law suddenly in March and my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer in January and passed in September which was all very difficult to deal with.
Out of the blue 10 days before Christmas I was told my mum had just given up and she was now at end of life. I spent my time over Christmas at my mums bedside and she passed peacefully 12 days later on the 27th December. This was all very sudden and quick.
Anyone who knows me knows how devoted I was to both my parents and now I am left with a huge empty hole.. They were my world 💔

So, the reason for this post and explaining myself is I was due to re open tonight after having two weeks off over Christmas & New Year but my mums funeral is this Friday so I see no point to open tonight and tomorrow especially as I still have lots to organise on the run up to Friday, I also don't feel I will be ready to come back on Saturday so I have decided to close for this week.
We will be back open Wednesday 14th January at 5pm.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
