💥 Our new style crispy chicken burger 💥

We are always asking for feedback and best believe we listen! When we created the new menu for kings lynn we added a chicken burger which was enjoyed by many but for myself I knew we could do better.

So we have replaced the crispy panko crumb chicken burger with a real authentic fried chicken that bangs with flavour and has that gnarly crunch we all want from fried chicken.

The first photo is our original the second is the NEW!

Here it is built as the Louisiana which is laced with our spicy buffalo sauce but it can be built non spicy with just mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise for extra flavour.

The same coating will be replacing the chicken strips also, photos will be up later.

some say consistently we have the best beef Burgers around (I agree 🫡) but now we might just have the best fried chicken too.

Steaks, Freshly battered Cod, Stilton cheese Burger, prawn rolls, soft yolk scotch egg, garlic & Parmesan Fries and now a fried chicken recipe the great colonel sanders himself would be proud of! CHARLIE'S is levelling up 💪

We are feeling the pinch in the industry the same as everyone else and it is extremely hard times for hospitality and life in general, we have myself & kayleigh as the owners as some of you might already know and watched us run around like nutters! but jokes aside the service has always been a priority to me so recently we have recruited 4x new members of staff (who are all great) we have implemented these changes and invested in our staff so we can offer speedier and more efficient service to you all, again we will always take on feedback so we can strive to be better and we genuinely appreciate everyones continued support throughout the years in wisbech and now on our new venture in kings lynn, we look forward to seeing you on your next visit 😀

Today I have just set up a pop up gazebo selling Burgers out the back of my own restaurant & Bar.
