Wants to say a huge happy Christmas to our loyal customers that continue to support local businesses like ourselves. We at pizza time appreciate your custom and kindness by choosing us over our multi billionaire American competitors . I was a bit sad to receive some dishonest refund requests today , this is where some customers decide after receiving and eating the food they then claim that the majority of their food is missing. The sad part is our profit margins are so small as it is as we pay food platforms 40% in charges on each order. This delightful lady got most of her money back. Oh and btw I have your details so please don’t embarrass yourself by ordering from us again as i don’t want your custom.
Local businesses are struggling and most of the time as it is and it is due to people like her. Enough of the negativity though as I’m not going to let her dampen my mood!
