AUTUMN IS IN FULL SWING AT LAVENDER BEE TEAROOM! There’s nothing quite like making the most of these beautiful autumn days! As we enjoy the last of the sunshine, our garden is giving us its final flush of juicy blackberries, alongside beautiful apples and pears, ready to inspire our homemade seasonal treats.
The bakery is going full steam ahead and our ovens are busy creating delicious homemade fruit pies, warming crumbles and scrumptious tray bakes. Think traditional baking, seasonal flavours and all those comforting treats that make autumn so special. We really do love Autumn.

But we are so much more than tea and cake. Fabulous hot and cold lunches ranging from Jacket Potatoes to Steak and Ale Pie and everything in between.
We are a multiple Award Winning independent, family-run small business, and we depend on YOU — our wonderful customers and local community — to help us keep doing what we love.

As we move beyond the Autumn Equinox, our amazing countryside begins its beautiful transformation. Are you feeling it ? Golden Light, Autumn Warmth, Chill Out, Switch Off and leave the outside world behind for an hour.

The sun tracks lower across the sky, casting longer shadows and that soft, golden light that makes everything feel just a little more magical. The hedgerows will start to glow with golds, reds, ambers and oranges, leaves begin to fall, mornings become crisp and afternoons invite us to slow down. And what better place to pause than our traditional thatched cottage tearoom in the heart of Weekley near Kettering in glorious Northamptonshire.

At Lavender Bee Tearoom, autumn is all about the simple pleasures — the comforting aroma of homemade food, a steaming bowl of soup, a delicious homemade pie, hit Jacket Potato or Home-Cooked Elizabethan Recipe Ham, freshly brewed tea, aromatic ground coffee and the warmth of a traditional country tearoom. We’ve been busy picking the fruits from our gardens and turning our homegrown harvest into delicious, homemade pies — lovingly baked just for you.

It's crazy hot in the kitchens today but I couldn't resist using some of our beautiful ingredients in this gorgeous pie, (well to be honest half the family have earmarked most of the first pie so a second one manifested itself quite quickly after the first one !) One of the customer favourites 😍

In this incredible hot weather we have had the privilege to serve an abundance of Salads and Ploughmans featuring our amazing home cooked Elizabethan Recipe Hams, a variety of cheeses and of course our homemade Coleslaw, Pickles and freshly baked baguette alongside tasty Butter Basted Roast Chicken and yummy Prawns, Tuna and Smoked Salmon - always a popular choice. Sit outside or stay inside your choice - oh and don't forget to top off with some Strawberry Cheesecake and Ice Cream for dessert !
