Sometimes customer feedback can stop you in your tracks.
You will often hear me say ‘I’m only the cook’ and ‘oh me, I just cook for a living’ - this feedback is exactly why I do what I do. You can teach anyone how to cook. You can’t teach care. You either do or you don’t. We do!!
Dear Clair,
I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the care and professionalism you showed while catering my dad’s funeral gathering.
It was an incredibly difficult day for our family, and knowing that the food and arrangements were handled so thoughtfully made a real difference. Everything was beautifully prepared and organised, and many of our guests commented on how lovely the food was.
Your kindness and attention to detail helped create a warm and welcoming space for everyone to come together, remember my dad.
We truly appreciate the compassion and effort you put into making the gathering run smoothly. It meant a lot to us during such a hard time.
