Two years (and two days) ago, this beautiful boy joined our family.
Young Toby came to us via Pink Paws Cat Rescue. A feral cat in need of an outdoor home. He spent two weeks confined in a pen, then two weeks hiding out in the garage roof before he finally had his first meal in front of us.
It was slow going, but he is no longer feral. As long as you don't pick him up, we are still working on that one. He loves attention and head scratches.
A belated Happy Gotya Day, Toby.

This is one of my favourite pictures of my Roy. It was taken back in January 2024.
Ridgelane Roy joined our family as a weanling back in 2011. He is a cute, goofy idiot who I absolutely adore 😍 He lives with 3 other geldings. Here he is with his friend Sowermire Seth..

We were privileged to host the Spread Eagle CC for the May Day Bank Holiday weekend. The weather, for a bank holiday, was relatively good. We hope the group have a fantastic year out and about with their vans.
Our camping and caravanning cl site was also full with people visiting for the weekend. Many of the guest enjoyed the steampunk weekend in Haworth.

July 2025 saw a very frightened feral cat turn up on our yard with a tiny kitten (approx 3 weeks old) with her.
We started leaving food and milk out for her. She was so skinny. Unfortunately, a week later, she was hit by a car and killed.
It took me two days to find this beautiful boy. She had hidden him that well. He was brought in, and we started feeding him.
9 months later, and this little man has me wrapped around his little paws 🐾 πŸ’™ 😍 I have throughly fallen in love ❀️

Bertie is a yearling πŸ₯³
Young Bertie had his 1st birthday on the 17th April. No longer a foal, he is growing into a very handsome yearling. A beautiful bay roan with a little bit of attitude πŸ˜‰πŸ˜
He will be a stunner and a great all-rounder, a true stamp of this wonderful breed.
