Mollys is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team! 🌸

We’re looking for someone who:
☕️ Has previous café/coffee shop experience
🤍 Has excellent customer service skills
🌸 Is confident leading and motivating a team
🥐 Has a good understanding of food handling and hygiene
✨ Is organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
☕️ Has barista experience and a passion for great coffee

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy café environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Ever wondered where the name Mollys came from? 💕

Thirteen years ago, after a two-year search for the right property, I finally found the little shop in Juniper Green.

Throughout that search, my gran was always the person I spoke to about the properties I viewed — the ones I liked and, sadly, the ones I wasn’t successful in getting.

The day my offer for the Juniper Green shop was accepted, my gran passed away, never knowing about my lucky break. It only felt right to name the shop after her… Mollys. ❤️

With so much excitement and sadness, the journey began. I can’t deny there were lots of tears, plenty of fear and many moments of wondering if I was doing the right thing — but somehow, it all came together.

Back then, I never would have imagined that Mollys Two would one day happen… and yet here I am, with the first week of trading nearly behind us. ☕️💕

Call me weird, but I truly believe my gran has always been with me, quietly watching over every step of this journey.

So here’s to Molly — and to the next chapter of Mollys.
