Well, well, well… Saturday is here! 🎉
And somehow, despite the weather forecast doing its best to ruin everyone’s plans, the rain isn't here… YET! 🌧️😂 So grab your sunglasses, your umbrella and your coat because apparently we now need all three just to leave the house.

Excellent! We fully support this decision. Our kitchen is open right through until 9pm, serving our full main menu PLUS today’s specials board. Because nothing says Saturday quite like someone else cooking it and someone else washing the plates! 😋

Well, firstly… THANK YOU to everyone who came along last night and supported our alternative entertainment! 😂👏 We hope you all enjoyed it — and if you didn’t, please remember we’re a pub, not Netflix. 😜

Now, apparently today is expected to be the hottest day of the year so far. Because clearly what we all needed was a giant ball of fire hovering over Suffolk. 🔥🥵

So, a little heads-up for today… our food service may be slightly slower than normal. Our kitchen team will be taking regular hydration breaks because, despite what some people seem to think, they are actually human beings and not specially designed kitchen appliances. 😂💦

Well, it’s Sunday, which can only mean one thing… ROAST DINNER! Because obviously cooking one at home, washing up afterwards and arguing over who gets the biggest Yorkshire pudding is exactly what you wanted to do today. 😂
