Home baking, a warm cuppa and somewhere you can properly settle in 💙

The Haven Café is a relaxed, welcoming space for everyone, with homemade cakes and traybakes, freshly prepared food and a team that makes you feel at home.

There are toys for little ones too, so it can be an easy place to meet, catch up and spend a little longer together.

Open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm.

Just a note for all our customers!

On Monday the 5th October we will be closed to the public from 10.45 until 13.15 for a private booking.

We can do take-away drinks or food during that time and then we will resume normal service after!

Thank you!!

We are so thankful for all your generosity!
A lot of you will spot our charity collection can by the till. Our most recent count gave us £190.66!

To date this year we have received from you our cafe customers
✨568.38, into our counter can which is amazing. 🤩

Each penny helps us to help families that use the Haven centre specialist spaces .

Our homemade Empire biscuits are back! But this time with homemade strawberry jam that one of our lovely cafe assistant’s Mairi made!

We are open from 9.30am-15.00pm Monday through till Friday.

Meet Mhairi, Café Assistant at The Haven Café 💙☕

Mhairi first joined us as a volunteer and is now a familiar face behind the counter as part of the café team.

And if you’ve stopped in for something sweet, there’s a good chance Mhairi has had a hand in the home baking too 🍰

It’s lovely to see how volunteering can grow into something more, whether that’s building confidence, learning new skills or simply finding a place where you enjoy being part of the team.
