We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking people to join our team.

If you love coffee, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience isn’t necessary, we’re looking for people who are eager to learn, and full training will be provided.

We also have opportunities for kitchen and cleaning staff. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, including dishwashing and general kitchen duties. Again, experience isn’t required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

You can work front of house, back of house, or a combination of both.

Weekend availability is preferred, and applicants should ideally be available to work Friday afternoons.

Pay starts from £12.75 per hour and is dependent on age, experience, with additional tips shared amongst the team.

This job can be hard work at times and the pace can be busy, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. Every day is different, you’ll meet people from all over the world, hear amazing stories, and get to know customers who are doing incredible things for charity and making a real difference in their communities.

One of the best parts of working here is becoming part of our café family. You’ll build relationships with our regular customers, welcome familiar faces back through the door, and get to know the local community that supports us. There’s something special about knowing you can brighten someone’s day with a great coffee, a friendly smile, or simply taking the time to chat.

A surprise birthday cake, one of our favourite things to do!

We feel incredibly lucky to have customers who become friends. Seeing familiar faces return to visit us is always one of the highlights of our year.

This week especially, we’ve been reminded how grateful we are for the amazing people who support our small business. Behind the scenes, there are so many kind people cheering us on, helping us through the hard days, and celebrating the good ones with us.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, but every message, recommendation, visit, and kind word truly makes a difference. Thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and being part of our journey , we appreciate it more than we can say.
