Hailing from Canada, Claire creates clothing with a wonderfully unique point of view. Her designs combine beautiful colours — from soft, muted tones to brighter, bolder shades — with unexpected combinations of knitwear and other fabrics, creating pieces that are genuinely different.

We’ve chosen some of her dresses in particular, as we think the styles are incredibly flattering and effortlessly special. Each piece has that little something extra that makes you stop and look. 💕

When we first introduced Alison Sheri at Morgan Mcveighs , it was intended as an alternative to Marble. But over time, it has evolved into something so much more — a beautifully considered collection of fashion-led knitwear with individuality, detail and effortless style.

This season, we’re loving the sophisticated houndstooth knitted dresses — from bright pink to timeless black and white — alongside gorgeous knitwear in rich, autumnal orange tones that bring warmth and depth to your seasonal wardrobe. 🍂

When we were doing our buying last season, I really wanted to find pieces that were individual, but still very wearable — and I think we’ve found exactly that with one of our new suppliers, Elan.

I’m really impressed with their knitwear, and this cardigan is a perfect example. It’s incredibly soft and has that luxurious, cashmere-like feel — although it isn’t cashmere!

It also features a clever faux-shirt detail underneath, giving the look of a shirt layered beneath the cardigan without the extra bulk. We have it available in sizes XS, S, M and L — I’m wearing the L.

Because of the shirt fabric underneath, the bottom section isn’t quite as stretchy as a traditional cardigan, so it’s worth bearing that in mind when choosing your size which is why I took the large (or I have got fatter as the day has progressed)

I absolutely love the pretty cuff detail too, with the buttons and shirt fabric adding that extra special touch.

At £99, I think it’s a really lovely investment piece — individual, beautifully made and so easy to wear.

We have more pieces from Elan in store, along with some other exciting new suppliers, so it’s well worth dropping in to have a look. 🤍

We’re absolutely delighted to have Joules back in Morgan Mcveighs— and judging by how quickly it’s flying out, we’re definitely not the only ones excited! 😍

We’ve honestly been taken aback by just how popular Joules has been and the speed at which some of the lines are selling out. So, here’s just a little snapshot of what we’ve got in store right now… 👀

But we have to say, if you’ve got your eye on something, you need to be quick! Some pieces are disappearing incredibly quickly, and the popularity has genuinely taken us by surprise.

And there’s even more to come… 🥰
This is the first of FOUR drops of Joules, so there will be more arriving — but each drop will be different, which makes it all the more exciting!
