Morning people hope you all enjoyed your easter. I have been busy cooking up a storm . Chilli mince and Savoury Mince . I have been looking at the contents of my Ingredients and there's approximately 2 syns in a serving . As I use low fat mince and loads of herbs. There's only oxo cubes and gravy granules and sugar . That you need to count . Please note that this is in a1kg batch and your getting just a big laddle serving so go on your able to enjoy good home made cooking. Even better on a Sweet Potato. So even if you think you cannot have it on slimming plans then you can . Thanks for reading .

These are so refreshing and brilliant source of protein. Egg spinach chopped tomatoes . Served with balsamic vinegar. Plus fresh steamed chicken , smoked ham ideal to go into my made to order tortilla wraps white or wholemeal provided the choice is yours add salad to any of these for a filling nutritious meal . Or add them to our salad boxes there are so many choices to choose from .
