Vibrant Forest Brewery ... We won't tolerate ‘dull’ or ‘boring’, so whether it be from a cask or from a cask we want our beer to excite the palate and stimulate the taste buds.

Vibrant Forest is a small microbrewery located on the edge of The New Forest in Hardley and our passion is to develop, experiment and brew richly flavoured beer full of exceptional character. Beer is incredibly versatile, so it's time to show you an uncompromising approach to flavour. At our brewery taproom you can sample and purchase our beer for drinking at the brewery or to take home and enjoy

later. We always aim to have a large range of cans available and a range of keg/draft. When visiting the brewery you may meet the brewer, taste some malt, smell some amazing hops and learn more about how our great beer is made. We actively welcome those who enjoy our beers and want to share the passion.

6.5% Mixed Fermentation Saison

The next beer celebrating our 15th Birthday is something a little bit special.

Just over three years ago, we took our house saison, Farmhouse, put it to sleep in an apricot brandy barrel and added some wild yeast.

No adjuncts. No additional fruit. We’ve simply let the yeast and the barrel do their thing — and they’ve created something truly special.

Expect a complex, sharp and funkier version of Farmhouse, with layers of character and a smooth, oaky finish.

We’re really proud of this one and can’t wait for you to try it.

With just under 2 weeks to go until our huge birthday party, it's time to let you in on what we've been working on for our Brewers Bar line-up!

Over the next couple of weeks we'll be sharing a lot more information about each of the beers themselves, but here's a little peek at what's to come.

On the day we'll also have:

Dedicated cider bar with fruit ciders and guest ciders
Cocktail bar running all day
Non-alcoholic beer and cider options
Plenty of soft drinks
Our normal taproom bar with all your favourites pouring all day

This years batch of SUPA Pupa has had some amazing reviews and feedback so far and has been flying out of the brewery!

The imperial version of our flagship beer PUPA sits at 8% with double the hops with the stronger ABV balancing out the brew.

From fresh DIPAs to award-winning cask ales... what a week!

Last week we attended the SIBA South East cask tastings and we're delighted to have picked up awards for both beers we entered:

BLACK FOREST– Bronze in the British Dark Beer category

DAPPLE – Silver in the British Bitter category

We're incredibly proud to be a brewery that loves brewing across a wide range of styles, so this feels like a real achievement. It's especially satisfying considering Dapple is one of our newest recipes, while Black Forest is one of our oldest.
