Good Morning Everyone! 👋

Just a quick post letting you all know that we are OPEN today, despite having this monstrosity being all in the way, complaints have been raised with North West Electricity and all they’ve said is they will be doing the works until the 10th of this month and to ask the workers for a ‘Business open as usual’ sign to be put out to let the public know that the businesses are open, we’ve asked them and all they said is ‘he will have a look if they have one’ and now they put a big van there in the way aswell know completely blocking all the view.

Good Evening everybody! 👋

We have been closed for the past couple of days due to electrical works and had builders and plumbers in to look at works we will be having done soon.

Complaints have been put in to works being done nearby due to blocking our A Board Sign and table and chairs as a lot of you look out for, also it’s being investigated wether our electrical fault maybe to do with the current electrical works being carried out.

Big changes are happening in the café, and we hope you like what will be getting done with a couple of new addditions.

Friday 5th June 2026 we will be OPEN as usual.

We have missed you all, and hope to have a busy day as usual and to see you all back in your local favourite café.

Good Morning everyone! 👋

The sun in shining, and the coffee is brewing, the food and drinks are waiting.

With the roadworks/maintenance works being done on the corner of the old HSBC Bank on the corner of the market, a lot of people can’t see if we are open or not due to their signs blocking the view of our sign and table and chairs ect.

But we are OPEN!

We have the Homemade Special Quiche back on, Cheese and Onion and a Cheese and Bacon, and everything else we do is ready to be ordered, with all the usual paninis, wraps, burgers and breakfast all made fresh to order, Eat in or Takeaway, if you haven’t already, then come and visit us today!

Good Evening everybody! 👋

It’s been exactly 6 years today that I (Aaron) first opened No.77 by myself after first moving to Hyde from East Midlands on 28th March 2020 by purchasing the No.77 Café business.

After a long hard, stressful but worth it 6 years and still never having paid myself a wage, and going into thousands of pounds worth of Debt and 90% out of that now, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your continued support and custom to each and everyone of you, old and new customers, old and new staff, and everyone I have met along the way.

Here’s hoping to another 6 or 60 years (as it feels already lol) 🤣

But not forgetting..

Just a little reminder that Tea at No.77 Cafe is OPEN on Bank Holiday Monday from 10am - 2pm

And back to normal hours on Wednesday.



Have a good safe and happy long weekend for most of you, but don’t forget to appreciate and be patient with the people working in any hospitality venues who are serving you and providing you with a service and most of us working in these sectors don’t have these days off and work as normal throughout.
