☕ EXPERIENCED BARISTA WANTED – FULL TIME ☕

Swynford Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our busy team.

Let’s be upfront: this job isn’t a walk in the park! We’re a fast-paced coffee shop, so we need someone who can hit the ground running, multitask brilliantly and remain calm when the queue is out the door.

You must have:

☕ Extensive experience working in a busy café or coffee shop
☕ Strong barista skills and confidence using a commercial coffee machine
☕ Excellent customer service skills
☕ The ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
☕ Confidence preparing food and drinks, including jacket potatoes, sandwiches, toasties, pastries and milkshakes
☕ A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude
☕ Flexibility to work two out of every four weekends

This is a full-time, hands-on position. It would suit someone who genuinely enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in their work and understands that great service still matters—even during the rush!

Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this summer such an amazing one for us. 🧡☀️ It’s been brilliant seeing so many of you enjoying the sunshine, iced coffees, milkshakes and treats with us.

But as the days start getting a little cooler, we’re getting ready for a change of season… 🍁☕

Our brand-new Autumn Menu launches next week, with some delicious new drinks, warming food and seasonal treats joining the menu.

Some birthdays come and go, but this one will stay with me forever.

To my incredible Swynford family, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful birthday gifts, the thoughtful surprises, and the love you showed me. I was genuinely overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity.

You are so much more than the people I work with—you are family. Through the busy days, the challenges, the laughter, and everything in between, we’ve built something truly special together. Knowing I have such an amazing team around me is one of the greatest gifts I could ever ask for.

Thank you for making me feel so appreciated, valued, and loved. I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a wonderful family.
