🌸 Bossman's Weekend Transformation Project

Some people think Bossman spends all day ordering beer, cooking breakfasts, carving roasts and making sure nobody wins too much at poker...
Well, every now and then, Bosslady reminds him that pubs need flowers too! 😅
Before:
A tired old planter that had definitely seen better days. A few brave survivors hanging on, plenty of weeds, and not exactly the colourful welcome our customers deserve.
After:
A fresh load of compost, a trolley full of colourful plants, a bit of digging, a bit of sweating, and a few instructions from Bosslady later... look at it now! 🌺🌷🌸

The best bit is that this isn't even the finished result. Right now, the plants are just settling in. Over the next few weeks they'll grow, fill out, and hopefully turn into something really special that welcomes everyone to The George Inn before they've even stepped through the door.
A huge thank you to Bosslady for the vision and to everyone who's stopped to say how nice it's looking already.
Now all we need is: ☀️ A bit of sunshine
🌧️ The occasional shower
🍺 And perhaps a few pints while we admire our handiwork
We'll post another update in a few weeks' time so everyone can see how much it's grown.
Who knew Bossman could grow something other than the beer sales? 😂🍻
