We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at The Three Acres.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pastry chef to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen in a thriving team environment, preparing high-quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients.

We’re looking for someone with at least one-year of proven experience as a Pastry Chef working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

The key responsibilities of this important role include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Managing a section of the kitchen and ensuring smooth service
• Assisting in menu development and daily specials
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene, health, and safety
• Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the Head Chef

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for fresh, high-quality food & attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

In return, you’ll receive:

Salary: Competitive DOE, plus excellent tips

Hours: Full-time
