Cashew nut stir-fry with fried egg! 🍳

We can make this veggie, prawn, beef, but the classic version is chicken! Pieces of boneless chicken thigh fried until crispy, then into the wok with a sweet, sticky sauce including roasted chilli paste 😋

Eat with fluffy steamed jasmine rice and add a fried egg to make it 👌

Khao Soi is a classic dish from Northern Thailand. Traditionally chicken (we have a veggie option too!) in a curry with yellow noodles, chilli paste, pickles and topped with crispy noodles! 😋

This was such a popular special in our Hove restaurant, we just had to add it to our menu in Brighton! 🌶️🇹🇭

Yum is commonly referred to as a Thai salad, as most of the ingredients are fresh/raw/cold. Think spicy and sour dressings of lime juice, chilli, fish sauce, garlic and lots of herbs! 😋

Som-O is pomelo, and mixed with prawns and toasted coconut, this makes for a lovely, fresh dish 😀

Commonly found at the same street food vendors that make Pad Thai in Thailand. The same flat griddle is used to make this classic!

Mussels (we’ve also included prawns, because why not? 🤷🏻‍♂️) cooked in a omelette/pancake hybrid with beansprouts. Served with sriracha for that little kick 🌶️
