🇮🇹 A little update from Franco’s Osteria in Hove! Our Osteria Sharing Concept is available Tuesday to Saturday for the rest of the Summer.

We’ve tried to make the Osteria accessible for different occasions, while keeping the idea behind it exactly the same: like a true Osteria, there is no menu - we cook according to what’s fresh, available and in season, and bring the dishes to the table for everyone to share.

Simple Osteria Menu
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
4 sharing plates including dessert £14.50 per person
Or
£20 per person with a small glass of wine.

Full Osteria Sharing Concept
Tuesday to Saturday
6–8 sharing plates including dessert £35.50 per person.

And if you’re planning ahead, our Full Osteria Sharing Concept is only £25 per person when you book directly with us at least two weeks in advance.

Everything is served for the table to share, and the dishes change depending on what we have available that week — so no two visits will be the same!

We’re open for the Osteria evenings Tuesday to Saturday, 6pm–10pm.

Just a little update from us at Franco’s Osteria Delicatessen 🇮🇹

During the day, we’re now serving our gourmet sandwiches, coffee, and our Menu del Giorno. Here is our Gourmet Sandwich menu and some pictures of our daytime service.

In the evenings, we’ve also expanded our opening days, and our Osteria Sharing Concept is now available Tuesday to Saturday, from 6pm until 10pm.

If you’ve never tried it before, it’s a little different. Like a true Italian osteria, there isn’t an à la carte menu.

We cook a different selection of dishes every week based on what’s in season and what’s fresh that week, and bring them to the table for everyone to share.

As always, thank you to everyone who continues to support independent local businesses. It genuinely means a lot to us, and we hope to see some of you soon!

Our offering for August, and a few pictures from recent Osteria Sharing Concept evenings.

Franco’s Osteria is not a traditional restaurant; we are an osteria, which means we don’t offer an à la carte menu. Instead, we serve a set menu of six - eight different plates, including dessert, designed to be shared amongst the table.

Our dishes are inspired by what’s fresh and available.

One thing always stays the same: Everything we serve is fresh, seasonal, and made with love.

Full Osteria Menu:
-£35.50 per person
-Tuesday to Saturday
-6PM to 10PM

Simple Osteria Menu:
-£14.50 per person, £20 with a small glass of wine included

Advance Booking Offer:
Book direct 2 weeks in advance, and the Full Osteria menu is £25 per person.

Our Osteria Sharing Concept is now available Tuesday to Saturday, from 6pm to 10pm.

Just like in a true Osteria, there is no fixed menu at our Sharing Concept evenings. The dishes change regularly and are based on what’s in season and what's freshly available.

What we offer:

For our Full Osteria Sharing Concept Menu, we bring 6–8 plates, including dessert, to the table for guests to share.

The full menu is £35.50 per person, but if you book direct two weeks or more in advance, it is £25 per person.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we also serve our Simple Osteria Menu, where we bring 4 plates, including dessert, to be shared.

This is £14.50 per person, or £20 with a small glass of wine included.
