May brings us a load of beans for you guys to enjoy.
We’ve got their ‘Caramel Curd’ on pourover which is a butter co-ferment from China which quite literally tastes of toffee popcorn. It’s quite extraordinary. Serving in the shop for those wanting something ‘other worldly’.
We’ve got boxes of it on retail too, as well as a Rosado (Steve’s favourite) named Solero Strawb. Home brewers need to try these beans, but if you don’t brew at home then talk to the team and we’ll happily serve you some x
