Fresh from a **2am Victoria Bakeswell madness baking session** that we've all somehow come to normalise... 😂

I mean, what ELSE would you feel like doing in the early hours of the morning after approximately 12 hours of painting and glossing?! 🫩

Anyway, may I introduce...

🤎 **CINNAMON POP TART COOKIES** 🤎

And OMG. These are **PHENOMENAL.**

Soft-baked cinnamon cookies, stuffed with a buttery brown sugar & cinnamon filling and finished with sweet cinnamon icing.

Basically, if you like cinnamon, soft-baked biscuits and sweeeeet icing... you're going to want one of these. 🤤

I've only made a small batch, so there are just:

**⭐ 5 DOUBLE COOKIE BAGS AVAILABLE ⭐**

I've doubled them up because they're a little smaller than my usual Bake Shed cookies and I couldn't justify charging my normal £4 for one — so **you'll get TWO for your £4 instead.** 🙌

There are only five bags and, having eaten one myself at a completely inappropriate hour of the morning, I can confirm they're bloody lovely. 😂

“Tried 3 bites of the brownie and I've had to put it down before I eat it all in one go!! Wow wow wow. I dunno what you do to your brownies but I still stand by one of the best brownies I've tasted.” 🤩
Well... if that isn't THE perfect message to receive on a Friday evening after 5 days of slog fitted into a 48 hour window 🫩 I don't know what is 🥰

This came from a customer who's visited The Bake Shed before but hasn't been for a little while — and apparently three bites into her first brownie back she had to physically remove herself from the situation before the whole thing disappeared 😂
She also messaged me to say she “couldn't believe the SIZE of them big cookies”, which made me laugh after somebody on TikTok asked last weekend whether they'd heard me correctly when I said the cookies were £4 each. 😂 They are £4... but they're certainly not your average little biscuit!

And all of this has reminded me that it's been an absolute AGE since I did my occasional shameless little review beg... 👀😂

The Salted Caramel Cake is one I've not made in FOREVER but I remember it being top drawer 🤌 — an individual vanilla sponge absolutely covered in homemade salted caramel sauce while it's still warm. I'm not telling you how to eat it but I'd absolutely not judge if you warmed it up and indulged in a little ice-cream/pouring cream duo 🤤🤤
And after making its debut last week, Garlic Herb Cheese Bread is BACK! Alongside the old faithful Jalapeño & Cheddar, obviously. 🧄🧀

As always, everything is £4. Nice and simple.

Right... that's the menu sorted. Now comes the minor matter of actually making all of it... Ha.... Ha.... Help 🫠😅
