FRESH FISH FRIDAY - LAST WEEK'S WINNER!

Cod Cheeks with Minted Pea Puree.

Just look at that colour. Golden, crispy, and sitting on the most vibrant minted pea puree you've ever seen. Our chefs absolutely nailed this one and it flew out the kitchen all night.

Henderson's Fishmongers delivered the goods and our chefs did the rest.

Will it be back this Friday? That's the thing about Fresh Fish Friday - nobody knows until Henderson's deliver Friday morning and our chefs get creative.

Could be the cod cheeks again. Could be something completely different that steals the crown.

It is with such a heavy heart that we share the news that Alan, one of our most loved regulars, has trotted over the Rainbow Bridge.

If you've visited The White Hart over the years, chances are you've met this little legend. Alan was a fixture in our pub - charming every single person he met and hoovering up every treat in sight with absolutely zero apology 😄

Alan didn't just visit The White Hart, he owned it. And we loved him for it.

To his family - we are so deeply sorry for your loss. Alan brought so much joy and laughter to everyone who walked through our doors and he will leave the most enormous paw-shaped hole in our hearts.
