The Lamb Inn has plenty going on this Christmas 2017, just before December we will be undergoing a refurbishment just in time for our favorite time of year. The inn is mentioned in the Doomsday Book in 1084 when it was most likely a shepherd's cottage built halfway between the shepherd's homes and the traditional grazing pastures. In 1520 the cottage became an Inn with a charter allowing shepherds

to warm their sickly lambs by the fires. A country pub oozing rural charm and rustic character, our picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fine wines gracing our bar.

✨ Meet Dan – our new General Manager at The Lamb Inn! ✨

Dan brings 16 years’ experience with Vintage Inns – and this place already feels like home.
Dan started off his career with Vintage at The Beachy Head.
* Back in 2017, he worked right here at The Lamb Inn as a chef, so he knows every corner inside out!

For the last 3 years, he retured to The Beachy Head as Assistant Manager

He absolutely loves this pub and can’t wait to make it the place to be for great food, drinks and good times.
